To make a complaint

Students have the right to make a complaint regarding classes, reception or housing. There are three ways to do so:

  1. Talking to someone at the CILEC office during office hours (from 8:30am to 5pm)
  2. Filling in the online form below
  3. Puting a complaint form in the dedicated mailbox which is at the Welcome Desk of the International Office

 

We will respond generally within 48h. In case a third party is involved, we will contact the student within 48h and keep him/ her informed of our decision.
