PAYMENT MODALITIES AND REFUND CONDITIONS

For the admitted candidates, the payment of the registration fees exept CVEC (amounts indicated on our website according to the chosen course periods) will be made during the period indicated on our website by online credit card or bank transfer. International bank charges will be paid by the student.

The University must receive the exact amount corresponding to the desired training period.

Cancellation will only be possible in the following cases: visa refusal, failure to pass secondary school leaving examination, serious illness, death of one of the parents or siblings, training not open due to the establishment.
For any refund request, please send a message with all the documents translated into French (notification of visa refusal, medical certificate...) to the following E-mail address:

If your request is accepted, the refund will be made.

WARNING: a holdback of € 85 relating to administrative charges will be applied. Cancellation for other reasons (registration at another institution, distance learning before or during training...) are not eligible for refunding.

REGISTRATION TERMS

The administrative and pedagogical registration will become final provided that the student presents herself / himself on the day of the language placement test, provides the necessary documents for the administrative registration and pays the CROUS the amount of the CVEC (Contribution de Vie Etudiante et de campus, indicative price 2023 - 2024: 100€).
